It’s simply amazing to see the difference in our arteries after being on a whole plant food diet for even a short amount of time.

Dr Gregor goes over recent scientific studies related to the 15 most common causes of death. Number one is diseases of the heart. As you can see in the picture above, heart attacks can be avoided by diet and exercise. The injuries can be reversed.
