Chi Machine Benefits
There are several chi machines on the market, but the original with the patented motion is from Japan, Sun Ancon Chi Machine. In just 5 minutes, it increases oxygen, energy, and circulation.
Jeff made a video a few years ago, with how it works and lots of stories of people who benefited from using it.
The Sun Ancon Chi Machine offers you a full body massage, including internal organs and all body systems. A 15 minute massage is estimated to be the equivalent of walking ten thousand paces (about 90 minutes), in terms of body oxygenation. If used with proven relaxation techniques, there's no limit to the potential scope of healing and fitness enhancement for the body and mind.
The Chi Machine does 3 things in 5 minutes: increases oxygen, energy and circulation. I have found it's particularly helpful for those with backaches.
Our dear friend, Melissa, pictured above, came by the day after an all day garage sale. What I didn’t know was that she was very stiff that morning. After just 10 minutes on my Chi Machine she told me she was very impressed with the little machine! And I quote:
"After, 10 minutes on the Chi Machine, I felt quite lubricated and relaxed. I started out very stiff from a previous day of hard work. In fact, I didn’t know if I’d make it over to your house. With just 10 minutes, it was surprising how mobile and relaxed I became."
She said she could tell where the pain had been, but the intensity was gone. I’ve actually had quite a few people with bad back pain experience pretty fast relief. In fact, one morning I woke up with a sore back and with just a few minutes on my chi machine the pain was gone.
If you anyone with back pain, they should know about these machines. Plus, I have found the Chi Machine to be a real stress buster and have made it part of my daily routine. Like my friend Melissa says, it certainly does make you feel relaxed, even if you just use it for a few minutes.
There is one caution. There are many knock off chi machines that can hurt you. I originally bought a cheaper chi machine and it actually hurt my back to use. The one I carry is the original patented one that is registered as a medical device in many countries… including the US. The rest are not registered devices and not a good idea to use.
