Delicious Raw Brownie Recipe

Who doesn't love Chocolate? Cocoa has an ingredient called phenethylamine. It's a neurotransmitter that is found in our brains. There are actually good reasons to have chocolate when you are feeling low. It has the ability to boost endorphins. Endorphins are released and cause the 'runners high'.

Chocolate is a healthy food, but not the sugar that is usually added to it. Here is a brownie recipe that you can feel good about eating. It contains only God-made foods and no refined sugar.

Each ingredient in this recipe has wonderful benefits. Cashews can help your memory and are rich in iron and zinc. Brazil nuts may help prevent cancer and are high in selenium. In fact, 1 brazil nut a day will give your 100% of your selenium requirements.

Sunflower seeds are chuck full of nutrients. They have selenium, magnesium, copper, and vitamin E. They are great for your bones, nerves, skin, joints, and more.

Here's the video to show you how to make it:

 Delicious Raw Brownie Recipe

1/2 cup Brazil Nuts

1/2 cup Cashew Nuts

1 cup Sunflower Seeds

1/4 cup cacao

2 cups dates and mix in processor

1/2 cup cocoa nibs (optional)

TB Vanilla

(1/4 water, if needed)

Put the nuts and seeds into a food processor and grind them into a powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and ground until it clumps together. If it's too crumbly, you may need to add 1/4 water to make it more moist. A lot depends on how moist your dates are. When they start to dry out, you'll need to add extra water.

The easiest next step is to use a silicone brownie pan and spoon the dough into each brownie slot. They are ready to eat now, but it's best to refrigerate for a couple of hours first.

Then ENJOY!!

PS. I tried making these brownies with an additional TB of raw honey and was told it was the best brownies I've made.
